CCC to meet MP Bob Russell and Lib Dems

A delegation from Colchester Cycling Campaign is to meet town MP Bob Russell and Lib Dem councillors on Saturday Dec 2.

Mr Russell has called the meeting to try to "get cycling back on the agenda" in the town.
