Local Strategic Partnership Colchester 2020 is to look at introducing cycle parking for workers at the Octagon, Colchester.

The Middleborough offices were built in the 1970s - complete with their own car park - at a time when it was anticipated everyone would drive to work.

However, jammed roads and concerns for personal health mean people are cycling - and more would probably do so if there were secure cycle parking.

Workers at MXI and Lepra are most interested in getting racks fitted.
