Cycling on Greenstead

CCC created this report on the Greenstead estate - once the largest council housing estate in Europe - with the aim of improving access to stations, the town centre and countryside.

Essex County Council has attached a high priority to our recommendations and will be making a start on parts of the scheme in 2008-10.
