Colchester cyclist Pam Nelson and Chelmsford cyclist Jeff Wade have formed Cycle Training East which help train cyclists at schools, companies with green transport plans, and individuals.
Pam is always keen to meet would-be cycle instructors for training. Contact her at pamnelson at ntlworld.com, substituting "at" for the @ symbol.
